On a visit to the University of Southampton in May 2014 I looked at a new style of collaborative technology tables in the Psychiatry department. These were designed by Dalen/Top Tec to allow students access to computers as well as being able to provide a collaborative solutuionn with no technology mounted on the working surfaces.
Following the demonstration we took a look at a typical classroom before moving on to the library.
