With grateful thanks to Eleanor MacGinnis, Bruce Rodger and Jim Kennedy

Student group study pods, some open, some in glassed rooms

Informal spaces in the new science building

Postgraduate study zones

Meeting room pods with technology for collaboration

Innovative take on seating for this seminar/lecture room, an attempt to allow students to engage with each other as well as follow the lecturer

Sadly the recent fire has destroyed these rooms…but the photos show an innovative approach to seating for lectures, with the ability for students to rotate their seats to work on computers.

Great personalised touch to the AMX control system for staff

Design studio for students

Centre for Scottish Universities, multi-purpose space for meetings, presentations, office base and tea point

Research fellows shared spaces

Apparently this ‘bar’ is rarely used, perhaps being in the wrong location?
